Will I have a Traverse Bay view from my King Room in the historic tower?

Not all King Rooms in the historic tower come with a bay view. To ensure a room with a northern face, booking the Deluxe Tower King with Bayview is recommended.
Is the restaurant currently open along with the pool for guest use?
